| The process of aligning all Thinkfinity lessons with Washington State EALRs and Benchmarks is being conducted in several stages:
Washington Practicing and Pre-Service Teachers enroll and align Thinkfinity resources as they receive training or as "homework".
Teachers that align at least five Thinkfinity lessons will be considered to serve on an alignment team (with compensation). Teams of teachers were created to review all alignments during the summer of 2004. While most of the lessons have been aligned, a significant number remains. We will be running the project again during each summer as funds are available. Teachers will be selected based on the number of lessons aligned, the quality of those alignments and subject/grade level coverage. Teachers will receive an honorarium or other benefit for participating in the alignment review.
